What Real Agent is

Real Agent is the official property listing and marketplace platform of Real Option Properties Ltd. We provide a structured place to submit, discover, review, inspect and progress property opportunities. We may also coordinate payments, document exchange, referrals and controlled introductions.

What Real Agent is not

A listing is not a promise that a property is perfect, free from every claim or suitable for you. Real Agent does not replace your own legal, technical, survey, valuation, tax or financial advice. Where we mark something as verified, the verification applies only to the checks and evidence we specifically describe.

Your information must be truthful

If you submit a property, document, offer or identity detail, you must have the right to do so and the information must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Contact between parties

Real Agent may protect direct contact details until the applicable fee, inspection, verification or transaction stage has been satisfied. Attempts to bypass that control may cause a listing or account to be restricted.

Fees and publication

Paying a listing fee pays for the applicable listing service. It does not buy verification, approval or publication. Real Agent keeps the right to refuse, pause, remove or request changes to a listing where there are safety, quality, legal, authenticity or policy concerns.

Account and platform safety

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account or access link. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.

Liability and transactions

Real Agent will perform the services we agree to provide with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that another party will complete a transaction, obtain finance, meet a deadline or honour a representation made outside our verified records.

Changes

We may update these terms when the platform, law or our procedures change.
