Freelance Agent & Referral Policy
How approved freelance agents use Real Agent referral codes and how commission attribution is controlled.
Approval comes first
A person may apply to participate as a freelance referral agent. A provisional code or application record does not mean the agent is approved. Real Agent decides whether an application is accepted and may suspend approval where needed.
Use your own code honestly
An approved agent should use the assigned code when genuinely introducing a prospective buyer or tenant to a particular opportunity. Codes must not be sold, shared as a way to hijack another person's referral, or inserted after a transaction is already substantially underway merely to claim commission.
Real Agent remains the intermediary
Freelance agents do not gain authority to collect money on behalf of Real Option Properties Ltd unless that authority is expressly given in writing. Agents must not bypass controlled contact release or represent themselves as employees where they are not employees.
Commission
A commission becomes payable only under the applicable approved commission terms and after the conditions attached to that referral are satisfied. Attribution, transaction completion, reversals, refunds, disputes and fraud concerns can affect whether and when a commission is approved for payout.
